Kung Po Chicken


Diced skinless chicken breast, egg white, cornstarch, dried red chilies, ginger root, scallion, chili bean paste, rice wine, roasted peanuts.


1. Cut chicken into cubes and mix with egg white, salt and cornstarch.

2. Heat the wok and add vegetable oil. Stir-fry the chicken. Remove the chicken.

3. Add ginger, chilies, stir-fry for 20-30 sec. Add chicken, chili bean paste and rice wine. Add peanuts, stir. Add scallion. Stir-fry a few times and blend well.

* The amount of ingredients depends on your taste and the number of serves you need to prepare.
